If you are like me then you cannot imagine a meal without a slice of bread,and that is why bread is one of most popular food on earth. It is delicious and satisfying,and unfortunately according to food experts something that should be avoided.
I can’t image a life without bread so I look for a healthier but equally tasty version of bread that will be gluten and antinutrient phytic acid free.
While looking I learned that the flour is treated with any of the 60 different chemicals approved by the FDA, such as chemical bleach and the gluten is bad for us even if we are not allergic .
I found a recipe for flourless bread made from natural ingredients,and rich with protein, fiber, and B vitamins. Cheap and easy to make.
Flourless Bread Recipe
90 grams of walnuts
100 ml of water
90 grams of flaxseed
90 grams of sunflower seeds
a pinch of salt
90 grams of sesame seeds
90 grams of pumpkin seeds
½ teaspoon of baking soda
-whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt
– add the baking soda and the water
-ground the seeds into a fine flour
– mix everything
– bake the bread for 50 minutes at 180 C (350 F).
